Ingredients (4 servings)
- 4 tbsp vegan butter
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 2 celery sticks
- 2 leeks
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¼ cup flour
- 1 cup plant broth
- 1 cup sour cream or vegan cream
- 2 tbsp white wine
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup parsley
- 1 pack chick*n
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- Puff pastry
Instructions
- Shred chick*n.
- Chop veg.
- Saute onion, carrot, celery.
- Add leeks + garlic.
- Add flour + brown.
- Add broth, sour cream, mustard, parsley, wine; thicken.
- Add chick*n + season.
- Transfer to dish + cover with pastry.
- Brush with butter + bake 25-30 min @200C.
