- 300g cooked pasta
- 2 handfuls lettuce
- 1 pack vegan chick*n
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- Dressing: 100g vegan mayo, 1 tsp
Dijon, 1 tbsp capers, 1 garlic clove, lemon zest
- Vegan parmesan: cashews, nutritional
yeast, salt (blended to a crumb)
Instructions
- Roast chickpeas with spices 20 min
180°C.
- Shred chick*n.
- Mix chick*n, chickpeas, lettuce +
dressing.

top with parmesan crumb
