- Sauce: water, sugar, soy, dark soy, salt, pepper
- 1kg cooked rice
- Canola oil
- 1 onion
- Bean sprouts
- Spring onion
- 15ml Shaoxing wine
Instructions
- Marinate chick*n.
- Mix sauce.
- Fluff rice.
- Sear chick*n; remove.
- Fry onions; add rice + sauce.
- Add chick*n + sprouts.
- Finish with Shaoxing for wok hei.
