Chick*n Fried Rice

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 250g chick*n + marinade (soy, cornstarch, sesame)
  • Sauce: water, sugar, soy, dark soy, salt, pepper
  • 1kg cooked rice
  • Canola oil
  • 1 onion
  • Bean sprouts
  • Spring onion
  • 15ml Shaoxing wine


Instructions

  1. Marinate chick*n.
  2. Mix sauce.
  3. Fluff rice.
  4. Sear chick*n; remove.
  5. Fry onions; add rice + sauce.
  6. Add chick*n + sprouts.
  7. Finish with Shaoxing for wok hei.
