- 6 tbsp vegan mayo
- 4 tbsp green pesto
- 1 avocado (12 slices)
- 16 cherry tomatoes
- Black pepper
- 250g chick*n
- 150g rocket/mesculin
- 4 tortillas
- Toasted seeds
- Grated carrot
Instructions
- Mix mayo with greens, divide among wraps
- Add avocado, tomatoes, carrot
- Shred chick*n; add evenly
- Add seeds + pesto
- Fold and roll
