Sweet & Sour Chick*n

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 2 packs plant chick*n
  • Salt, pepper, ginger
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil


Instructions

  1. Mix cornstarch, salt, pepper, ginger; coat chick*n.
  2. Drain pineapple juice; mix juice with sugar, water, soy, vinegar, cornstarch.
  3. Fry chick*n + pepper until browned.
  4. Add sauce; simmer; top with pineapple chunks.
