Ingredients (4 servings)
- 2 packs plant chick*n
- Salt, pepper, ginger
- 3 celery stalks
- 1 can pineapple chunks
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tbsp water
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 red pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Mix cornstarch, salt, pepper, ginger; coat chick*n.
- Drain pineapple juice; mix juice with sugar, water, soy, vinegar, cornstarch.
- Fry chick*n + pepper until browned.
- Add sauce; simmer; top with pineapple chunks.
