Chilli Non Carne

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 350g mince
  • 1 onion
  • 1 capsicum
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp chilli
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tin tomatoes
  • 1 tin kidney beans
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 cup stock


Instructions

  1. Fry mince + veg 4–5 min
  2. Add tomatoes, paste, stock; simmer 20 min
  3. Add beans + spices; simmer 5 min
  4. Serve with vegan cheese or sour cream
