Ingredients (4 servings)
- 350g mince
- 1 onion
- 1 capsicum
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp chilli
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tin tomatoes
- 1 tin kidney beans
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 cup stock
Instructions
- Fry mince + veg 4–5 min
- Add tomatoes, paste, stock; simmer 20 min
- Add beans + spices; simmer 5 min
- Serve with vegan cheese or sour cream
