Satay Lettuce Cups

Ingredients (4 servings)

  • 350g mince
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 200ml satay sauce
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 4 spring onions
  • 4–5 lettuce leaves
  • Rice


Instructions

  1. Fry mince in oil 4–5 min
  2. Add satay; cook 2 min
  3. Add carrot + onion; cook 1–2 min
  4. Spoon into lettuce + serve with rice
